Mandatory Timecard Meeting for Externs

For those externs leaving on 4/23/09, there is a mandatory timecard meeting coming up. It will take place on the following days:

Wednesday, April 15th at 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in L1

Thursday, April 16th at 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in L1

You must attend one or the other.

Breakfast: 8:20 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Dinner: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

There is a lot you must do to prepare for a successful externship, and Career Services is ready to help you put your best foot forward!

If you are preparing to go out on your externship between 4/23/09 and 6/23/09, please plan to attend one of the following two seminars:

Wednesday 4/8/09 at 12:00 p.m. in L1 - L2.

or

Thursday 4/9/09 at 4:30 p.m. in L1 - L2.

Please bring a notebook, something to write with, and the first draft of your resume. Career Services will provide all of the other materials.
